Live music, fun atmosphere and excellent food. I have lived in Louisville for a long time, and I have been disappointed in many restaurants in the city that look appealing but can't deliver on food. Jeff Ruby's is a new favorite. I had perfect salmon with mashed potatoes and some awesome macaroni and cheese. The sourdough bread is from a Cincinnati bakery and I couldn't stop eating it! Service was top-notch, some of the best service I've ever had at a restaurant. I definitely recommend Jeff Ruby's to visitors and to Louisville natives who, like me, never happened to try it.

Originally when my boyfriend and I came here, we left disappointed. The manager reached out to us and invited us back to redo the night we had here and it was perfect. Food was amazing and the service was amazing. We appreciate you all and thanks again !

Yes there is.

No, it is across 4th St. On the same side of Main St. as the Galt House. You can get to the Galt House by walking down 4th St. It is about a 1 block walk.

You can enter from Main Street through the Waterfront Plaza building where you'll see many doors, some of which are boarded up temporarily. Once you go in, just turn left and go past the elevators to the other Jeff Ruby's entrance.

It's a STEAK house.
